She was by me in a flash. To give you an idea of just how fast a Cheetah can run, today she made the 100-meter run in 5.6 seconds. Her top speed is between 60 and 70 miles per hour! That’s race car speed.
And here are Willow (dog on left) and Bahati (Cheetah on right). Willow made the first run while Bahati watched. This assures the very shy and skittish Cheetah that she will be safe.
Such a beautiful animal. Bahati is definitely in control. The sign stated that if she really wants to catch the lore, she will. I think she just loves running.
