This fascinates me. The square is mostly for pedestrians. But delivery trucks and taxies have to also access the square to deliver goods and people. So those posts are controlled by remotes assigned to licensed vehicles. They lower into the ground to the vehicle can pass!
So many churches, so little time!
Arnold and I did some relaxing at Cafe Tomaselli and this woman with incredibly well-trained dogs went by. The dogs trotted by in sync, as though they were a team of horses. Beautiful!
